all activity under your account. 3. License and Restrictions Astroly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the app for personal purposes. You agree not to: Modify, copy, distribute, sell or exploit Astroly in any unauthorized way
Use automation or bots to access the Services Engage in illegal or harmful conduct 4. Content You retain ownership of content you
submit. By submitting content, you grant Astroly a license to host, store, and use it to provide and promote our Services. 5. Fees
& Payments Certain features may be offered for a fee: You agree to pay all applicable charges. All fees are non-refundable unless
stated otherwise. 6. Termination We can suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or harmful behavior. We will
not be liable for terminating access. 7. Disclaimers & Limitations Astroly content is for entertainment and guidance only;
astrology predictions are not guaranteed. The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astroly
disclaims warranties and limits liability. 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Astroly and its affiliates harmless
from claims alleging misuse or violations of these Terms. 9. Changes We may modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted in
